Late Cancellation:

All cancellation policies are up to the discretion of the service provider. Our strictest policy is as follows: If you cancel your appointment within a 48-hour window, your card will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the anticipated cost of your service. If it is within a 24-hour window, 100% of the anticipated cost will be charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it is up to the stylists/artists discretion to honor the appointment or choose to reschedule with a fee.

No Call/No Show:

If you don't show up to your appointment at all, your card will be charged 100% of the anticipated cost of your service.

Re-do/Fixes:

From initial appointment, you have 7 days to reschedule for a re-do service free of charge with the stylist that had previously done your service. We want to make it right, babe!
